My Memories So Far

I have been in second grade 100 days and this is what I remember. We love watching movies about stories we read with room 15. Also, we went to Goughan’s Farm and I got pumpkin ice cream. I love gym and I love playing mud tag in the gym. Another great memory is lunch with teacher, because we all get to spend time with each other and we get to eat on the rug with Miss Beth. I also love math a lot, because I learn a lot. I love second grade. That is what I remember so far.

I am in second grade and it is the 100th day of school. I went to Goughan’s Farm. I got to get a pumpkin of my own and strawberry ice cream. I love Goughan’s Farm. Also, this year we got to read with room 15. When we were done the book, we watched the movie. I love second grade so far! It is the best! I hope that I make more memories. I love Miss Beth’s class!
100th Day Memories

We have been in school for 100 days. One of my best memories is going on a field trip to Goughan’s Farm, when we picked the biggest pumpkin and ate bowls of ice cream. When we got back to school, we went home. Some of my other good memories are of playing board games with friends like Parker, Jake, Marcus and Noah. I also really loved the holiday parties, like Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and all of those parties. I also like lunch with the teacher and going outside when everyone else has to stay inside. Reading books and then watching the movie of the book is fun too. Also, I like to play on the really high snow mountain. I always like going to gym and music. This year learning about inventors was great! The first 100 days of school was good and we were good, so we got to watch the Cat in the Hat as a reward. It was funny when he cut his tail off! I liked the 100th day celebration. We had a lot to celebrate!
I Like Second Grade

I am in second grade. I like when we go to physical education (gym), because we do fun things at gym. Also, I like when we go outside and play on the mountain and slide down the hill. I like being with Miss Beth too, because she is nice to me and my friends too. That is why I like her. I like when we did the Valentine’s Day party and I got to read a Valentine’s Day book with the class with Alexis. I like staying inside because it is more fun, because I can work at recess time. I like to work. So far, second grade is awesome!

We have been in school for 100 days! My best memory is reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The best part of the book and the movie was when the Oompa Loompas were singing. Also, we had popcorn and chocolate! Another thing I like in 2nd grade is that we can make an invention. I think it is really cool. I also like going to gym because we learn new things. Art is cool too! I thought a scribble drawing was just scribbling, but it is not. It is making shapes and coloring them in. I also liked the Valentine’s Day party. The cupcakes were good! I like recess in second grade because we get to play board games, like Guess Who. I like going outside when other classes don’t get to. I like playing on the hill, but I climb up and fall down sometimes. When I go to the top, I slide down really fast. Another good memory is watching the Cat in the Hat. It was funny!
I like this school and I hope we go outside a lot for the rest of the year. Second grade is cool!

I am in second grade and it is the 100th day. It has been awesome this year. I liked going to Goughan’s Farm, because we got ice cream and picked the biggest pumpkin. My teacher is Miss Beth and I like being with Miss Beth. I also liked the cat in the Cat in the Hat. We got tokens for being good and we put them in the token jar, so we got to watch the Cat in the Hat. Also, with my class I like to go outside. Playing on the snow mountain is fun. On the 100th day celebration, we made crowns and we got to wear them all day! I love to be in second grade!

I have a lot of favorite things that we did in room 18. We went to Goughan’s Farm. It was fun, because we ate ice cream and then we went and picked which pumpkin was the best. Another thing I liked was that after the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory book, we watched the movie. The movie was fun and we ate chocolate. It was really good. When it is cold, we have to dress really warm and then we walk around the building so we can get some fresh air. I like being outside. I am excited for the rest of second grade because at the beginning of the year Miss Beth said we were going to do really fun stuff and we do fun stuff.

I am in second grade and I have a lot of friends. I am happy because everyone is nice to me. I like work because it makes me smarter. I like playing outside because we can do all kinds of things with the snow, like build snowmen and snow angels. When I am inside I like to do activities in Art. We make snowflakes. At the first of second grade I did not want to be reading. Then I read with Miss Beth and Mrs. B and they helped me read. Now I like to read and I am happy to be reading. In my class we have parties and I think they are fun. I think second grade is awesome!

Second, I like Art because I like drawing and my mom is an artist. Third, Physical Education is fun and I like running. Fourth, I am glad we do holiday celebrations because they were fun. Fifth, I like going to Music because I like dancing. Sixth, I love Library because I like reading. Seventh, I had fun at Harvest Hoedown because I like it outside. Eighth, we got to celebrate Valentine’s Day and I like valentines.

We loved the 100th day of school. It was fun because we knew it was coming. We worked on our work. We did our very best and we tried so hard so that we could get some extra playtime. My school days are really special because of my teacher, the snacks, and my friends in room 18 and 15. My best friend of all time is Madelynn! Well, she is friendly and always fun. Of course, she also plays with me and takes care of me. I love Madelynn really much. Well, I do a lot of work and sometimes it gets me a little upset and then I have to cool down a little. I don’t want to leave room 18 because it is a blast!

I love going to Mrs. Smart’s room to read books with my room 15 friends. We read the Boxcar Children. It was a good book. I like when we have lunch with teacher. It is quieter than the lunch room. I like it quiet and Miss Beth does too! I love school. We play board games, like Sorry. It is fun! We work all day and do some fun things. It makes me happy to learn. I want to be in second grade for one more year!

I am in 2nd grade. It has been a great year so far. My best memories are Goughan’s Farm. My favorite things about Goughan’s Farm is when we go to feed the donkey and when we went on the merry-go-round. Another great memory is the Valentine’s Day party. We had lots of treats, like cookies and cupcakes. My best memories are the Matilda movie, the Polar Express movie, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. They were good. But the very best memory is my friends. The 100th day celebration was fun too. I am having a great year of school and I hope I continue to have a great year.

We have been in school 100 days so far! My favorite memories are playing and gym. My favorite to play was zumba. In second grade we go outside a lot. Everybody in our class gets to go outside to get fresh air. We do Art in the morning. My favorite painting was the snowflake. I like Music because we made a new happy birthday song. In second grade I have gotten better at spelling words and reading. I feel good in second grade.

I have been in school 100 days! My best memories so far are … First, Goughan’s Farm. Goughan’s Farm is fun! We got to pick pumpkins. We got to eat ice cream and I got to see all the great animals. Playing board games with my friends. Being with my nine friends, Ellie, Naliyah, Alexis, Marcus, Jasmine, Aiden, Noah, Lauren, and Taylor. Having Music, Art and P.E. (gym) are fun. Valentine’s Day is fun so we had a party. We read the book Matilda and then after we watched the movie Matilda and that was very nice. Mrs. Smart likes to read Magic Treehouse books to us and I liked listening to it with room 15. The Caught You Being Good Jar was filled and we got to watch the movie Cat in the Hat, not the cartoon, but the real movie. I liked the movie Cat in the Hat. The first hundred days of school were fun so far!

I have been in second grade for 100 days! My second grade memories are … Art, because Art is my favorite thing to do. Magic Treehouse is another memory. I love listening to Mrs. Smart read and spend time with my friends in room 15. Goughan’s Farm is where we got to pick pumpkins and have ice cream. Matilda was a really cool movie. We watched it after we read the book. Also, learning about inventors and inventions was fun and we got to invent something to help us. Music is fun and we sing a lot of songs. We got to watch Cat in the Hat movie, because we filled up the Caught You Being Good container. It was really funny! Holiday celebrations, like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and Halloween were fun. We made witches brew with room 15. When we have lunch with the teacher, we have a picnic inside.
Second grade is really fun so far!
