The Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its third session of 2015 on March 6 and handed down 32 indictments against 31 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:

Trishia M. Willette, 24, Presque Isle: violating condition of release; unauthorized use of property; burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts); and theft (three counts).
Kurtis W. Madore, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; theft; and illegal possession of hypodermic apparatus.
Gary W. Moffatt, 62, Houlton: gross sexual assault (two counts), unlawful sexual contact (three counts); visual sexual aggression against a child; sexual misconduct with a child; unlawful sexual touching (two counts); domestic violence assault (two counts); endangering the welfare of a child; and domestic violence terrorizing.
Katelyn M. Millette, 19, Oakfield: theft.
