Terry Cullins, age not provided, Caribou: rule violation, duty status form or manner violation, $100 fine.
Kurt T. Doody, 19, Stockholm: operating vehicle without license, $350 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (each), 48 hours in jail (second); and violating condition of release (two counts), $150 fine (first), 48 hours in jail (second).
Polly J. Earl, 60, Fort Fairfield: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Sean Eck, 45, Seaford, Del.: rule violation, operation with false duty status, $750 fine.
Lisa Gomez, 40, Caribou: burning prohibited material, $100 fine.
James R. King, 45, Washburn: assault, $300 fine and 120 days in jail; domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, dismissed (each); and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail and $250 restitution.
Dale M. Lint, 44, Woodland: criminal mischief and criminal trespass, five days in jail (each).
Erin McBean, 23, Caribou: assault, $300 fine.
Daniel S. McBreairty, 23, Woodland: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; assault, dismissed; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
Bryan Morgan, 48, Caswell: burning without permit, $250 fine.
Dana T. Morrell, 24, Caribou: failing to operate at prudent speed, $100 fine; improper ATV noise and fire control devices and operating ATV on public way, $150 fine (each).
Anthony L. Morrow, 32, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $150 fine.
Jennifer Murray, 26, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine.
Ryan J. Plourde, 21, Fort Kent: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles over speed limit, dismissed.
Diane I. Sharp, 48, Caribou: violating protective order, 24 hours in jail.
Damian D. Simoneau, 21, Ashland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; criminal mischief, five days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Rena Skidgel, 58, Woodland: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Mitchell S. Thompson, 21, Connor Twp.: criminal trespass, $100 fine.
