    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November 2014.
    Sherilyn A. Bennett, 51, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.

    Eric D. Blanchette, 34, St. Agatha: failing to stop for officer, dismissed; violating condition of release (three counts), 10 days in jail (first, second), dismissed (third); and driving to endanger and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device (two counts), dismissed (each).
    Jeffrey Brown, 47, White River Junction, Vt.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release (two counts), $400 fine (first) and 90 days in jail (each); and unlawful possession of hydromorphone, dismissed.
    Karter Allen Burtt, 26, Mars Hill: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs, dismissed (each).
    James Eugene Campbell Jr., 45, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, no probable cause.
    Dayton J. Cannan, 71, Madawaska: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
    Peter R. Castonguay, 43, Van Buren: obstructing report of crime, 24 hours in jail; and domestic violence terrorizing, 180 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, and two years’ probation.
    Donald Clark, 54, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Randy A. Cyr, 32, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, dismissed.
