CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Caribou during the month of December 2014.
Stephanie Bennett, 25, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, $200 fine.
Darryl Bouchard, 52, Woodland: entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally and hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine (each).
Brian Bubar, 54, Woodland: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine.
Tina Caron, 49, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine and $973.48 restitution; and forgery, two days in jail.
Richard J. Churchill, 23, Washburn: obstructing government administration, failing to stop an all-terrain vehicle, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, and operating ATV on public way, dismissed (each).
Norman Cote, 70, Fort Fairfield: exceeding 18 hours to register a moose, filed on $100 costs.
Matthew R. Donnelly, 23, Washburn: allowing dog to be at large, $75 fine.
Scott A. Doody, 47, Woodland: hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.
Terrance H. Farley, 71, Perham: hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.
Kevin Hazelwood, 24, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Paige Kilpatrick, 26, Limestone: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail.
Kristopher Labreck, 37, Limestone: operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction, $100 fine.
Jacob Lavoie, 20, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension and $9,000.54 restitution; theft by unauthorized use of property, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and failing to make oral or written accident report, 48 hours in jail and 60-day license suspension.
Michael Leclaire Jr., 29, Caribou: misuse of 9-1-1 system, $250 fine.
Robert J. Morrow, 49, Chapman: violating protection from abuse order, $200 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Daniel Thomas Moutinho, 29, New Sweden: obstructing report of crime and domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail (each).
Eric C. Peterson, 22, Caribou: motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
Taylor Pike, 24, Caribou, operating vehicle without license, filed with unspecified costs.
Brent F. Rafford, 42, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 10 months in jail, all but seven days suspended, and two years’ probation; and obstructing report of crime, seven days in jail.
Jared Reed, 25, Caribou: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Tammy Saucier, 51, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
George Tilley, 46, Presque Isle: hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine; and entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, $200 fine.
Mason Turner, 20, Washburn: minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Paul A. Wasson, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 12 days in jail; and OUI — no test, prior, $900 fine, 12 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
