Grand jury indicts 22 during May session

    The Aroostook County grand jury completed its fourth session of 2015 on May 8 and handed down 23 indictments against 22 individuals without any “no bills.”
    Those indicted include:
    Reece Humphrey, 21, Presque Isle: theft by deception.
    Robert J. Fieler, 35, Presque Isle: theft.

    Marco Isaraha Cullins, 36, Presque Isle: violation of sex offender registration.
    Randy H. Shaw, 57, Presque Isle: assault (three counts).
    Bryant R. Damboise, 57, Grand Isle: illegal importation of scheduled drugs (two counts).
    Dennis Ouellette, 34, Frenchville: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
    James R. Theriault, 44, Grand Isle: illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
    Travis Hewitt, 49, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in drugs, unlawful possession of drugs and criminal forfeiture.
    Jonathan A. Petgrave, 27, Waterville: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
    James P. Dionne, 54, Caribou: theft by deception.
    Joseph D. Thayer, 35 Caribou: theft by deception.
    Adam B. Ivey, 35, Presque Isle: theft by deception.
    Kevin J. Dufour, 26, Madawaska, burglary and stealing drugs.
    Ashley D. Doody, 30, Perham: aggravated cruelty to animals.
    Thomas M. Klinger, 42, Eagle Lake: aggravated criminal mischief and unauthorized use of property (five counts).
    Lyle E. Bernier, 23, Eagle Lake: aggravated assault, domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.
    Edward W. Withee III, 29, Eagle Lake: domestic violence assault, assault, obstructing report and attempted violation of bail.
    Anthony Hawkins, 22, Eagle Lake: burglary, theft and possession of firearm by prohibited person.
    Amy L. Bouchard, 32, Fort Fairfield: theft and violating condition of release.
    Luc J. Gagnon, 27, Caribou: domestic violence assault, burglary and domestic violence stalking.
    Reginald Dobbins, 18, Houlton: murder.
