Walk to honor Theriault

ST. FRANCIS, Maine — The first annual Amy Theriault Memorial Walk will take place Sunday, May 31, at 1 p.m. at the St. Charles Catholic Church in St. Francis.
Theriault, mother of two daughters, was killed on May 31st of last year.

The group will be led past Amy and her family’s former residence and will conclude at the cemetery. Anyone who is unable to participate in the walk portion of the event is welcome to join everyone at Amy’s grave site.
“If I can help save just one person’s life by keeping Amy’s story in the public eye, I will feel like something good will have come of all this,” says Amy’s mother, Barbara Theriault.
As Casey Faulkingham at Hope and Justice Project notes, “she probably already has helped save a life, she just doesn’t know it yet.”
