Christina Berube, 19, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Michael David Brady, 33, East Machias: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Annie Burgess, 22, Caribou: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $300 fine.
Kevin Doody, 18, Woodland: possession of tobacco products by minor, $50 fine.
Sonny Drost, 24, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Ashley Hersey, 31, Limestone: assault, dismissed.
Franklin Hewitt, 22, Bangor: OUI, sentence amended, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Stacie Lynn Holton, 37, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Gabrielle Jewell, 18, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Tara L. King, 37, Caribou: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Brenda Kuy Kendall, 63, Washburn: allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.
Andrew M. Landeen, 33, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Jordan M. Lay, 22, Caribou: criminal mischief, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 72 hours in jail and $100 restitution.
Lisa McDonald, 25, Presque Isle: theft of services and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 hours in jail (each) and $30 restitution (first).
Ryan E. McDuffie, 48, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
Timothy A. McGraw, 50, Fort Kent: false public alarm or report, $300 fine.
Katie Michaud, 28, Caribou: permitting unlawful use, $250 fine.
Anthony L. Morrow, 32, Caribou: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Daniel Thomas Moutinho, 29, New Sweden: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, five days in jail; and terrorizing, 10 days in jail.
Matthew R. Perreault, 33, Caribou: obstructing public ways, $100 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, $250 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Scott Romano, 19, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Robert Shaw II, 36, Caribou: OUI, $700 fine, 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation and one-year license suspension.
Nathan P. Sirois, 24, Van Buren: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.
Samantha J. St. Peter, 32, Bangor: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
Mitchell S. Thompson, 21, Concord Twp.: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, dismissed; and criminal mischief, five days in jail and $580 restitution.
