The Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its sixth session of 2015 on July 10 and handed down 29 indictments against 28 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:
Rebecca A. Nickerson-Cote, 25, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Shane L. Graves, 24, Fort Fairfield: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Katie L. Ramus, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Norberto Colon, 31, Brocton, Mass.: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and violation of condition of release.
Steven A. Selander, 24, Presque Isle: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.
Ignacio D. Roque, 38, Fort Fairfield: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Robbi L. McPherson, 39, Presque Isle: illegal importation of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Brittany R. Roy, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Mathieu Desrosiers, 23, Blainville, Que.: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and trafficking in or furnishing counterfeit drugs.
Kenneth Adams, 30, Bronx, N.Y.: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts) and criminal forfeiture.
Scott Strid, 34, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Shayne Kinney, 34, Presque Isle: attempted aggravated assault; refusing to submit; disorderly conduct; and criminal threatening.
Todd Chasse, 33, Easton: stealing drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
Taylor Byrd, 32, Mapleton: aggravated assault; obstructing report of a crime; and domestic violence assault.
Daryl E. Doody, 37, Woodland: operating after revocation (two counts); eluding; driving to endanger; criminal speeding; violation of bail; and criminal operating under the influence.
Edward W. Withee III, 29, Eagle Lake: violating condition of release.
Edward J. Violette, 50, Van Buren; operating after revocation.
Maxime G. Lebel, 20, Croix, Que.: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Eric L. Pabon, 23, Van Buren: domestic violence criminal threatening with weapon; domestic violence assault; theft; and criminal mischief.
Jesse E. Sirois, 31, Van Buren; criminal threatening with weapon and terrorizing with weapon.
