PERHAM – Joyce M. Orfo, 82, wife of the late John “Jack” Orfo, passed away July 22, 2015, at Houlton. She was born in Sheridan, August 29, 1932, the daughter of the late Percy and Meddie (Carney) Wakefield.

Mrs. Orfo was employed as a computer technician in Lawrence, MA for a number of years. She was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Washburn.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis Hamel and his wife, Bethany, of Crossville, TN, and Dale Hamel of Lawrence, MA; one brother, Percy Wakefield, Jr. of Texas; two sisters, Sylvia Paradis of Perham and Diana
Wakefield of Bucksport; one grand- daughter, Rachelle Hamel; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, Thursday, July 30, 2015, from 10 a.m. until time of services.
