CARIBOU — Gene’s Electronics has announced the addition of a new salesperson at the Caribou Hannaford DISH Network booth.
LeAnna Rochelle, who is originally from Caribou and currently resides in Presque Isle, will replace Connie Berry at the television service retail site.
“We have no doubt she will be available to provide professional customer service and be there for new and potential customers,” company officials said.
Berry, who has been stationed at the booth for over two years, is not leaving Gene’s Electronics but is moving onto a big adventure with her family. She will be at the Brewer Marden’s store, manning the DISH booth there.
Berry did social work for almost 20 years before joining the family business. It was a difficult decision to make such a drastic career change but she is grateful and glad that she did.
She said she has enjoyed the support and love of her Hannaford family and customers, and has seen babies born and growing, toddlers turning into children, and elderly come and go.
She has seen hundreds of hugs, mini reunions, sometimes tears but mostly lots of goodness coming through the sliding glass doors of Hannaford, and has literally had a front row seat to the community of Caribou.
Berry added she wants her customers to know that she has appreciated their business through the past two years and hopes that they have had a positive experience overall with Gene’s Electronics.
