Christopher Berry, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact, six years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, and five years’ probation.
Amy L. Bouchard Skidgel, 32, Caribou: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child, 30 days in jail; stealing drugs, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $200 restitution; burglary, dismissed; violating condition of release, five days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in jail; and criminal mischief, dismissed.
Brandon Lewellyn Parker Boyd, 31, Mars Hill: violating condition of release and violating protection from abuse order, dismissed (each).
Ricardo Braga, 41, Caribou: terrorizing, filed without costs.
Andre Armand Castonguay, 53, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, 50 days in jail; assault, 18 months in prison, all but 50 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Christina Cobb, 31, Washburn: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Colter B. Cross, 27, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and three months in jail.
Marco Cullins, 36, Presque Isle: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

Jeston C. Davis, 24, Fort Kent: domestic violence criminal threatening, 180 days in jail, all but 29 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Kyle C. Deschaine, 37, Caribou: operating under the influence (two counts), dismissed (first), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension (second).
Mathieu Desrosiers, 24, Blainville, Quebec, Canada: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Amanda Doody, 30, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Daryl E. Doody, 37, Woodland: operate after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine and one year in prison (first), 27 months in prison (second); OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; driving to endanger and motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed (each); violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; and eluding an officer, 27 months in prison.

Jeffrey B. Guiou, 53, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, six months in jail and two years’ probation.
Eric R. Howes, 29, Washburn: operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 72 hours in jail.
Troy Hutcherson, 44, Snellville, GA: rule violations, operating after disqualified and possessing or using alcohol on duty, dismissed (each); and operating with false duty status, $1,000 fine.
Jamey Kennedy, 27, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, dismissed.
Shayne M. Kinney, 35, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked; criminal threatening, aggravated assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed (each); disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, six months in jail; and reckless conduct, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended, and one-year probation.
Ricky C. Learnard, 50, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine; and criminal threatening, dismissed.
