On Friday, Sept. 11, the Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its ninth session of 2015 and handed down 10 indictments against 10 individuals without any “no bills.”
Indicted were the following:
Tyler J. Saucier, 29, Eagle Lake: aggravated assault.
Michael P. Flannery, 20, Caribou: burglary (two counts) and theft (two counts).
James H. Corey, 25, Caribou: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal operating under the influence and operating without a license.
Adam R. Nichols, 30, Bridgewater: aggravated criminal mischief.
Francis A. Murray III, 31, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, violation of protection order, aggravated operating after revocation, operating under the influence, eluding.
Anthony Lord, 35, Houlton: arson, murder, attempted murder with firearm, aggravated assault with firearm, elevated aggravated assault with firearm, kidnapping, aggravated assault with dangerous weapon, reckless conduct with firearm and theft of firearm.
Jessie A. Case, 30, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and violation of bail.
Stephanie R. Stamper, Houlton: 32, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Toni A. Bulley, 48, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violation of conditions of release.
Christopher Fuller, 39, Westfield: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
