LIMESTONE – Kathy H. Edgecomb passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015, with her family by her side at EMMC where she lost her bat- tle with cancer. She was born in Presque Isle, the daughter of Richard and Janet (Welch) Edgecomb.

Kathy graduated from Limestone High School, class of ’96. After graduation she attended the Loring Job Corps as the first girl on campus. She was there for two years studying to be a receptionist.
Kathy loved working on the farm, every chance she could, to ride in the truck with her father. She loved to spend time on the four-wheeler, camping, and playing Texas Holdem. Kathy was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #15 for 20 years. She worked at the Maine Veteran’s Home in Caribou for eight years, then to the Central Aroostook Association for three years.
Kathy is survived by her father, Richard A. Edgecomb, her sister, Andrea Gorneault and her husband, Scott Gorneault, and Kathy’s former husband, Freeman Theriault. She will also be missed by a special friend, Sharon G. McLaughlin, and her daugh- ter Gaby.
