Shawn Beaulieu, 43, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
David Belanger, 49, Caribou, operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $150 costs.
Lee Scottie Berard, 23, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Ellery Bragdon, 49, Washburn: criminal mischief, $150 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine; and criminal threatening, dismissed.
Jamie R. Burns, 22, Limestone: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension.
Anthony Caparotta, 18, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
Ryan Clark, 23, New Sweden: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Kelly Dewley, 25, Caribou: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $25 fine.
Clair A. Doody, 30, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail and $64 restitution; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Trevor Ellis, 18, Limestone: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
Jason Espling, 31, Caribou: supervisor, parent, guardian/minor who violating fish provision, $50 fine.
Diane Fisher, 48, Caribou: fishing without valid license, $100 fine; and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
Samantha L. Fuller, 37, Woodland: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four days in jail, and $120 restitution.
Kyle Z. Gagnon, 23, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Tony R. Jackson, 39, Caribou: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, one year administrative release sentence and 150-day license suspension.
Gary S. Kimball, Jr., 46, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
Michael R. LeClaire, 30, Limestone: violating condition of release and operating vehicle without license-con./restriction, dismissed (both); OUI (alcohol), 1 prior (two counts), $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three-year license suspension (both); operating vehicle without license-cond/restriction, dismissed; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
Joseph McDougal, 49, Caribou: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Nathan R. Morrow, 22, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed, pled other charge; carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine; and operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Timothy Obar, 24, Caribou: failing to stop ATV upon entering public way, $100 fine.
Deven Patterson, 25, Washburn: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Brian E. Pelletier, 37, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $300 costs.
Kyle E. Perkins, 28, Castle Hill: OUI (alcohol), dismissed; and reckless conduct, $500 fine.

Diane I. Sharp, 48, Caribou, violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in jail.
Steven V. Shola, 22, Caribou: failure to appear after bailed, one month in jail.
Amy L. Smith, 34, Woodland: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine and $200 restitution; and driving to endanger, dismissed.
Anthony Strid, 50, Caribou, unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $25 fine.
Timothy Willette, 55, Washburn, operating ATV/OUI, $400 fine and 20 days in jail; and operating unregistered ATV, dismissed.
