CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Caribou District Courthouse during the month of September.
Colby Conroy, 21, Woodland: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Cassidy Godin, 19, Presque Isle: fishing in restricted area, filed on $100 costs.
Gary S. Kimball, Jr., 46, Presque Isle: operating watercraft under the influence, $400 fine.
Tristan Kirk, 20, Presque Isle: fishing in restricted area, filed on $100 costs.
Michael J. Kuklak, 34, Stockholm: OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three years’ registration license suspension.
Christopher Michaud, 40, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, criminal trespass, and theft of services, dismissed (all).
Ariel Nappi, 23, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, 48 hours in jail; and OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Arthur J. Pimental, 21, Caribou: operating while suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Philip Salch, 29, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine.
Nichole L. Simon, 33, Big Cove, New Brunswick: operating without license, filed on $100 costs.
Jennifer Woodman, 35, Presque Isle: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
