CARIBOU: Adventures reading program for youth ages 6-8 at Caribou Public Library, 10-10:30 a.m.
PRESQUE ISLE: ACAP/Healthy Aroostook, UMPI and TAMC will participate in the Great American Smokeout at UMPI’s Gentile Hall from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Free turkey soup will be provided as a way to promote quitting smoking “cold turkey.”
Friday, Nov. 20
CARIBOU: The Junior class at Caribou High School will present their third annual “So YouThink You’ve Got Talent” show at the Caribou Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. Cost is $5 in advance and $7 at the door. Winner will be chosen by audience vote $1 each.
Saturday, Nov. 21
NEW SWEDEN: Annual Christmas fair at the New Sweden Covenant Church, 40 Westmanland Road, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Lunch will be available beginning at 11 a.m. Baked goods, wreaths, Christmas ornaments, handcrafted goods and collectibles will be for sale.
