AROOSTOOK COUNTY: National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will hold their meeting and Christmas party at 11:30 a.m. at the Jade Palace in Caribou. There will be a gift exchange and installation of officers. All northern Maine federal employees welcome. FMI: 498-3406.
