CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of October.
Chris Brescia, 38, Caribou: operating/permit operation unregistered motorboat, $200 fine.
John Burba, 20, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $50 fine.
David C. Cochran, 73, Woodland: burning prohibited material, $100 fine.
Gregory Cormier, 49, Caribou: attaching false plates, filed on $100 costs.
Clifford T. Derry III, 25, Caribou: keeping dangerous dog (two counts), $200 fine, $409.64 restitution (first), $50 fine (second) and allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
Michael T. Easterling, 26, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $50 restitution.
Jasmine Engel, 18, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, $200 fine.
Jessica Farley, 34, Washburn: allowing dog to be at large, $150 fine.
Kyle Giles, 36, Woodland: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Margaret S. Gorneault, 58, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, nine months in jail, all but 14 days suspended, one year probation, three years license suspension and registration suspension.
Brad Jencks, 21, Ashland: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine and operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
Mark Kaufman, 38, Woodland: domestic violence assault, seven months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, two years’ probation, $200 restitution; obstructing report of crime, 10 days in jail and criminal mischief, $250 fine.
Adam G. LeFrancois, 18, Connor Twp: failure to register vehicle, filed on $100 costs.
Kenneth D. Leonard, Jr., 46, Mapleton: failing to display ATV registration numbers, $100 fine.
Crystal A. Levesque, 32, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Bruce Mayberry, 59, Standish: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
Branden Morrissette, 29, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Alexander Pelkey, 45, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and failing to stop, remain, provide information, $350 fine, 60-days license suspension.
Mark Rediker, 34, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $100 costs.
Robert E. St. Peter, Jr., 45, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail.
Daniel Stedt, 40, Scarborough: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, three years license suspension and registration suspension.
Shavene Thompson, 24, Caribou: forgery, $250 fine.
Stephen M. Thompson, 26, Stockholm: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
Michael White, 18, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Patrick B. White, Jr., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), five days in jail (first), seven days in jail, $50 restitution (second), and 5 days in jail (third).
