MADISON — Kathleen E. (Murphy) Quinlan passed away on Nov. 24, 2015. She was born on Dec. 30, 1947, in Quincy, Mass., and resided in Scituate, Mass., for many years before moving to Madison in 1986.
She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel T. Quinlan; and devoted mother of William of Madison, Michael, his wife Jennifer of Caribou, and Patricia of Madison. Her grandchildren, Brooke, Ava, Alaina, Quinn, Billy, and Nathan were the light of her life. She leaves her siblings Richard Murphy, Jack Murphy, his wife Kitty, Maureen (Murphy) Mikal, her husband Alan, sisters and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews.
Simply put, she was the embodiment of all that is good in this world. She was the best mother, Mimi, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. May God hold her in the palm of His hand until we all meet again.
A mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Sebastian Rasle Church on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. in Madison.
