CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of November.
David Belanger, 50, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Ralph Bouchard, 48, Caribou: failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Timothy Brecht Jr., 35, Connor Twp: keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine; and keeping unlicensed dog, $75 fine.
Stanley F. Brescia, 69, Caribou: burning prohibited material, $500 fine.
Coty Cameron, 21, Woodland: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Deion Caudill, 21, Caribou: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
William Frazier, 30, Caribou: failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Theresa O. Gahagan, 28, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; and failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Philip D. Green Jr., 42, Woodland: fail to display ATV registration numbers, $175 fine.
Tyler Hewitt, 21, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 120 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, and one year probation.
Adam Jalbert, 27, Milo: driving to endanger, $75 fine and 60-day license suspension; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 10 days in jail; and attaching false plates, five days in jail.
Mark Stephen Kaufman, 38, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Daniel S. McBreairty, 24, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Corey Moir, 18, Woodland: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.
Mia Pelletier, 18, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Joshua Prestwood, 18, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 55, Woodland: theft of services, $250 fine and $35 restitution.
Kristopher Tarbox, 33, Washburn: burning prohibited material, $100 fine and $100 restitution.
Anthony Thompson, 61, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
Corbin Wentz, 20, Caribou: operating ATV under the influence, $400 fine.
Jonathan I. Westman, 35, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
