CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December.
Darcy L. Bishop, 56, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release, and $9,555 restitution.
Amy L. Bouchard, 33, Caribou: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Jason G. Chamberlain, 39, Saint Francis: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine, and nine months, one day in prison; operating under the influence, priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended, and four-year registration suspension.
Ida Drew, 62, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $335 restitution.
Jared R. Ellis, 22, Ashland: probation violation (two counts), 40 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued (each).
Norris R. Frost, 32, Caribou: operating under the influence (alcohol), $1,000 fine, nine months in jail, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation, license suspended and three-year registration suspension.
Brandon Green, 19, Mapleton: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 18 months in prison, all but 134 days suspended, one-year probation, and $930 restitution; and aggravated criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.
Rocky L. Hill, Jr., 40, Mapleton: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine, and nine months, one day in prison.
Joshua R. Lee, 27, Haynesville: probation violation (two counts), 34 months in prison, and probation revoked (first count); and 24 months in prison, and probation revoked (second count).
Brittany Rae Roy, 25, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended, three years’ probation, and $260 restitution.
Ryan J. Simpson, 32, Old Orchard Beach: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Tamra L. Violette, 56, Van Buren: assault, $300 fine.
