CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
Leigh Albert, 41, Mapleton: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, nine months in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
Lyle E. Bernier, 24, Eagle Lake: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
Keith A. Brissette, 23, Washburn: unlawful sexual contact (three counts), 364 days in prison, all suspended, one year probation (first and second) and five years in prison, all but three years suspended, two years’ probation (third); unlawful sexual touching and sexual abuse of minor, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one year probation (each); and fail to comply sex offender registration act., first offense, and 10 days in prison.
Donnie Burby, Jr., 33, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Martin D. Clark, 59, Portage: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Samantha P. Corbin, 48, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 14 days in jail and $21,454.34 restitution.
Paul Clayton Cote II, 42, Mars Hill: criminal threatening, 30 days in jail; and sexual abuse of minor, two years in prison, all but four months suspended and one year probation.
Kevin J. Dufour, 27, Madawaska: stealing drugs, 180 days in jail; and burglary, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
Christopher S. Fuller, 39, Blaine: probation violation, three years and six months in prison, and probation revoked.
Brad C. Johnson, 31, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine; and criminal mischief and $400 fine.
Nick X. Michaud, 32, Van Buren: probation violation, 43 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jessica L. Parsons, 33, Farmington, N.H.: operating after habitual offender revocation, two prior, $1,000 fine, nine months, one day in prison; and operating under the influence, two priors, $1,100, six months in prison and six years’ license suspension.
Shawn M. Plourde, 28, Caribou: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation revoked.
Kassandra A. Scott, 26, Mars Hill: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, nine months in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
Brian J. Seiders, 44, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, $400 fine, 12 months in prison, $120 restitution; unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, $120 restitution; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, 48 hours in jail; and permitting unlawful use, 24 hours in jail.
James W. Shaw, 26, Presque Isle: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jason R. Soucie, 43, Woodland: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Blair Webb, 52, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, six months in prison, $1,500 restitution; and domestic violence assault, priors, one year in prison.
Mark D. Webb, 49, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, $400 restitution; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, two years’ probation and $400 restitution.
