Collins is on NU dean’s list 

     BOSTON, Mass. — Northeastern University recently recognized students named to the dean’s list for the fall semester, which ended in December 2015.

     Caribou resident Clara Collins, a student majoring in business administration, earned the honor.

     To achieve the dean’s list distinction, students must carry a full program of at least four courses, have a quality point average of 3.5 or greater out of a possible 4.0 and carry no single grade lower than a C- during the course of their college career.

Stickrath on fall dean’s list

     MANCHESTER, N.H. — A local student has been named to the president’s list for the fall 2015 semester at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester.

     Caribou native Torey Stickrath, who is studying for a bachelor of science in game design and development/interactive storytelling, earned the recognition.

    To be eligible, a student must compile an academic grade point average of 3.7-4.0.

UMaine announces dean’s list students

     ORONO, Maine — The University of Maine recognized 2,216 students for achieving dean’s list honors in the fall 2015 semester. Of the students who made the dean’s list, 1,665 are from Maine, 468 are from 30 other states and 83 are from 25 countries other than the U.S.The following local students were named to the list, completing 12 or more credit hours in the semester and earning a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

Husson University releases dean’s list

     BANGOR, Maine — Husson University has announced honor students for the fall 2015 semester, which include the president’s list, dean’s list and honors list. Students must carry at least 12 graded credit hours during the semester and earn grade point averages during the period as follows: between 3.80-4.0 for placement on the president’s list; 3.60 to 3.79 for the dean’s list; and 3.4 to 3.59 for the honors list.
