Clifford C. Chamberlain

     WOODLAND, HERMON and CROUSEVILLE — Clifford C. Chamberlain, 76 passed away March 12, 2016 at Presque Isle after a brave fight with cancer.

     He was born in Caribou August 24, 1939 the son of the late Dennis and Katherine (Makepeace) Chamberlain. He attended the Woodland and Caribou schools and on May 10, 1958 he married Judy Chassie. Mr. Chamberlain was a successful self-employed business owner and truck driver having owned and operated Woodland Farms for many years. 

     Surviving in addition to his wife, Judy of  Crouseville are his children, Joe Chamberlain and wife Lorraine of Woodland, Rhonda Chamberlain and her companion Joel Humphrey of Caribou, Jim Chamberlain and wife Lisa and Steven Chamberlain and wife Becky all of Hermon,  and Gregory Chamberlain and fiancé Mary Libby of Hampden; two brothers, Joseph and wife Gloria of Woodland and Rodney and wife Patty of Carmel; a sister Artie Fox of Indiana; his grandchildren: Caitlin, Bruce Jr., Bradd, Matthew, Tyler and Benjamin and a great – grandaughter Gracie Katherine; several nieces and nephews and many friends. Mr. Chamberlain was predeceased by two brothers, Reginald and Philip and a sister Norma. 

     Friends may visit with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou from 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 until time of services which will be held at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Following the service all are invited to a time of continued, fellowship and refreshments at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church Parish Center.
