PRESQUE & CARIBOU – Doris M. Sanfacon, 82, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016, at her home with her daughter by her side. Doris was born on March 2, 1934, in Caribou, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Beaulieu) Santerre.

Doris worked as an accountant for Dr. Tilak for many years. She loved ani- mals, especially kittens, and was known for feeding the neighborhood cats and birds. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Sherry Sirois and her partner, Mike McLellan both of Presque Isle; her grandchildren, Chad, his wife, Hannah Sirois of Gorham, Jeremy Sirois and his fiancée, Janna Clukey of Presque Isle; and her great-grandchildren, Finleigh and Auguste Sirois.
She will also be missed by her siblings, Robert, Sharon, Debbie and Marie.
In addition to her parents, Doris was predeceased by her husband, Nelson Sanfacon; her partner, Adre Chalou; and her brother, Edward.
A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Parish of the Precious Blood Sacred Heart Catholic Church in North Caribou.
