CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of February.
Wayne A. Cyr, 56, Caribou: operating while under the influence (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, 20 days in jail, license suspended and three-year registration suspension.
Jerald Scheurwater, 28, Caribou: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail; and assault, $300 fine, 10 days in jail.
Michael Flannery, 20, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, $100 fine; and operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Timmy Joseph Soucy, 31, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), priors, $1,100 fine, five years in prison, license suspended, six-year registration suspension; and operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and five years in prison.
Arthur J. Pimental, 21, Caribou: discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $100 fine; and possessing loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Merle Craig, 55, Masardis: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Timothy L. Adams, 36, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence, and $174.95 restitution.
Cody J. Burnham, 20, Lewiston: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Mark Taylor, 24, Fort Fairfield: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Nathan Fox, 29, Limestone, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Trevor Ellis, 19, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
Krista Farnum, 30, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine.
Joseph Moutinho II, 35, New Sweden: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine.
Chad Peterson, 24, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 72 hours in jail.
Amber Sam, 27, Connor Twp: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Christopher Little, 36, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Sherrie Lynn Skidgel, 42, Washburn: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Mitchell S. Thompson, 22, Washburn: violating protection from abuse order, six months in jail, all but 15 days suspended and one year probation.
Robin D. Cobb, 43, Woodland: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $150 fine.
Derek J. Sam, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Dean Richard Belanger, 54, Caribou: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.
Andrew Torres, 21, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Glenn E. Conroy, 45, Perham: unlawful cutting of trees, $600 restitution.
Paul Caron, 38, Caribou: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Cody J. Burnham, 20, Lewiston: minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.
