To the editor:
I enjoyed two letters to the editor last week, one by Joe Bouchard and one by David Bell. Bravo, Bravo. You both hit the nail right on the head.
As a solution, why don’t we save ourselves from greater future city debt and higher real estate taxes by just having Caribou annexed to Presque Isle.
It boggles the mind at how fast this city manager and the council can think of ways to waste more money. Thank you for taking a stand and speaking out.
