Caribou Criminal Docket (week of 4-27-2016)

CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of March.

     Daniel Thomas Moutinho, 30, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail; operating while under the influence (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension; driving to endanger, $575 fine, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year administrative release sentence, 30-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.

     Cody J. Barber, 21, Blaine: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.

     Joshua L. St. Peter, 35, Caribou: aggravated criminal trespass, nine months, one day in prison; burglary, seven years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, three years’ probation; assault, $300 fine, four months in prison; and unlawful sexual contact, six months in prison.

     Andrew Torres, 21, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, six months in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, one year probation and $1,621.73 restitution.

     Adam A. Dubois, 41, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, and 150-day license suspension.

     Kristy Walker, 28, Woodland: assault, $300 fine and five days in jail.

     Darci L. Sands, 27, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine.

     Melissa Taveras, 37, Washburn: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

     Guzman Alycia Delisle, 26, Limestone: attaching false plates, $150 fine.

     James Taylor, 37, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

     Frederick D. Kimball, 64, Caribou: negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine.

     Catrina Comeau, 23, Washburn: keeping dangerous dog.

     Robert LaPointe, 20, Caribou: allowing dog to be at large, $75 fine.

     Adam Ivey, 36, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

 

     Micah Butler, 19, Limestone: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
