LIMESTONE — Michael Michaud, 55, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016, in Limestone. Michael was the son of Claude Michaud and Odette Albert.
Mike was known as “Mountain Man” by his friends, as he loved living off the land, and being in the outdoors. He loved fishing and hunting, and spent years living in the woods, which he enjoyed so much.
He is survived by his mother, Odette Albert of Limestone; his children, Garette Acorn of Presque Isle; and Jamie Acorn of Caribou’ his siblings and their spouses, Glenn Mihcaud of Limestone, Charline and Jerry Butler of Limestone, Micheline and Frank Patance of Connor, Ron Danny Michaud of Caribou, Cathy and Dan Gaghan of Limestone, Laurie and Jeff Bell of Augusta, David and Kathy Michaud of Caswell, and Paul and Joseph Bernier of Limestone. He will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Claude Michaud; step-father, Adam Albert; brother, Jimmy Michaud; sister-in-law, Anita Michaud; brother-in-law, Robert Patten; and a nephew, Jimmy James Butler.
