CARIBOU, Maine — The Caribou High School Class of 1956 celebrated their 60th class reunion June 24, 25 and 26, 2016.
Classmates spent Friday evening visiting and sharing dinner together at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center. They enjoyed Saturday breakfast, followed by a tour of Cary Medical Center and the Maine Veterans Home. That afternoon, they toured the old high school, which is now the Caribou Middle School, and enjoyed a presentation on the proposed new K-8 school.
The reunion banquet Saturday evening, also at the Caribou Inn, was attended by 31 classmates and 18 guests. Door prizes were given.
Sunday afternoon, the group was entertained by Marie Paradis and Clayton Gagnon at their camp on Long Lake with a covered dish luncheon and class members playing music.
All activities made for a busy and special reunion.
