CARIBOU — Teresa J. Ross, 57, passed away July 22, 2016 at her Caribou residence following a number of years of declining health.

She was born in Stillwater, OK, April 14, 1959, the daughter of the late Jack and Neva (Jenkins) Hansen. Teresa was a graduate of East Anchorage Alaska High School and was employed as a public health caregiver for a number of years. She married Donald Ross July 7, 1979 and was a loving and devoted wife for over 37 years.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Don, of Caribou; one brother Steven Hansen of Seattle, WA., four sisters; Helen Chambers and Sharon Pointer both of Houston, TX., Shyla Wells of Anchorage, AK., and Jessie Forsythe of Oregon. Her father-in-law and mother-in- law, Emmett and Ruth Ross of Caribou, several nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street Caribou 1 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2016 until time of services which will be held at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe Mortland, officiating. Interment will be in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com.
