CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of June.
Nathan R. Morrow, 23, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; assault, $300 fine, six months in jail and $1169.34 restitution; and violating condition of release, three months in jail.
MIchael P. Flannery, 21, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail, $7,118.80 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Jacob Poitraw, 19, Presque Isle: burglary, three years in prison, but six months suspended and two years’ probation; and probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Daniel Stedt, 41, Scarborough: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
Brenda Wilcox, 54, Connor Twp.: OUI (drugs or combo), two priors, $1,000 fine, nine months in jail, but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and six-year license suspension.
Joshua A. Wright, 32, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.
Jessica Hartley, 34, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Mark Desmond, 47, Limestone: assault, nine days in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
Christopher Mancos, 36, Caribou: OUI (alcohol)-no test, 1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and one year in prison.
David Charles Rowland, 23, Westfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $800 fine, three years in prison, all but 14 months suspended, two years’ probation and $170 restitution.
Kenneth V. Carmichael, 44, Fort Fairfield: aggravated operating meth laboratory – residence, $600 fine, two years in prison, all but eight months suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.
Kyle Goding, 29, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, $470.70 restitution; domestic violence terrorizing, 30 days in jail; and criminal mischief and 30 days in jail.
Michael P. Flannery, 21, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $7,418.80 restitution; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Nancy Chabot, 55, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Jamie Ray Hebert, 44, Caribou: OUI – alcohol(three counts), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension (each); and violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first) and five days in jail (second) .
Carl M. Harrison, 34, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
George T. White, 29, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $600 fine, 42 months in prison and $120 restitution.
Eric Gagnon, 31, Hampden: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Jerry Ouellette, 54, Caribou: false public alarm or report, $200 fine.
Andrew Legassie, 24, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Shelly Butler, 34, Woodland: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Christine M. Mattoon, 28, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Romeo J. Parent, 68, Caribou: burning without permit, $200 fine.
Jody L. Arno, 48, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
Scott A. Plourde, 30, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Kyle Goding, 29, Washburn: criminal mischief, $200 fine; and violating condition of release, $100 fine and $100 restitution.
John H. Michaud, 31, Limestone: false public alarm or report, $250 fine.
Daniel J. Amero, 29, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine.
Jeffrey M. Curtis, 35, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Eric Flaherty, 47, Caribou: violating protection from abuse order, $500 fine, 15 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Philip J. Cote, 35, Caribou: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
Colter B. Cross, 28, Woodland: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
Sierra D. Stetson, 18, Caswell: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Steven Mounts, 61, Caribou: animal trespass, $100 fine.
