CARIBOU — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of July.
Ariel R. Wright Stiggle, 25, Mars Hill: furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and $22.99 restitution.
Mark Kaufman, 38, Woodland: probation violation, 22 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Larry A. Easler, 39, Washburn: theft by deception, four years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
Daniel Leichliter, 33, Connor Twp.: domestic violence assault (two counts), six months in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (each).
Philip Gorneault, 37, Caribou: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Amber Stavnesli, 25, Caribou: assault, $300 fine and 10 days in jail.
Timothy L. Sandstrom, 50, Stockholm: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, six months in jail, 150-day license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and six months in jail.
Daniel L. Saucier, 24, New Sweden: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine.
Norman J. Plourde, Jr., 44, Caribou: reckless conduct, four years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation; discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, 60 days in jail.
Andreanna Munson, 29, Presque Isle: operating meth laboratory (two counts), $400 fine, three years in jail (first); $400 fine, eight years in prison, all but three years suspended and three years’ probation (second); operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine.
Ethan D. Bechard, 28, St. Agatha: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Shawn M. Gagnon, 21, Limestone: assault, $300 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release sentence, $710.37 restitution; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail.
Tylor Butler, 23, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $300 restitution.
Jamie Ray Hebert, 44, Caribou: OUI – alcohol (three counts), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension (each); violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first) and five days in jail (second).
Daniel Roy, 21, Washburn: possessing sexually explicit material, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one year probation.
Anna M. Ouellette, 29, Woodland: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Rene Vaillincourt, 46, Woodland: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Shelly Butler, 34, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail, $691.45 restitution (first) and five days in jail and $254.72 restitution (second); criminal mischief, 10 days in jail.
James Rasmussen, 24, Caribou: violating condition of release, two days in jail; refusing to sign criminal summons, two days in jail.
Adam W. Thomas, 42, Woodland: OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one year probation, three-year license suspension and registration suspended; operating ATV under influence over 21, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Casey D. Clayton, 28, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Eric Flaherty, 47, Caribou: reckless conduct, $500 fine and 15 days in jail; violating protection from abuse order, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Dena L. Stetson, 37, Limestone: assault, $300 fine.
Brandon Donovan, 21, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Robin Cobb, 43, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Gary Bates, 48, Limestone: fishing in restricted area, $100 fine.
Carla Rae Martin, 52, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Jamie Poitraw, 22, Caribou: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
Jeffrey Brown, 48, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Scott Martin, 43, Caribou: burning prohibited material, $200 fine.
Emilien T. Gorneault, 60, Perham: burning without permit, $200 fine.
Trombley Industries, Inc., Limestone: operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.
Justin Ireland, 35, Ellsworth: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Michael Allen, 24, Presque Isle: littering, $100 fine.
Andrew Torres, 21, Caribou: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.
