Nadeau is a native of Presque Isle, and will be based out of Thompson-Hamel’s new Bangor office at 27 State Street following the acquisition of the Farrington Financial Group on Nov. 30, 2016.
She comes to Thompson-Hamel with 11-plus years of retail and commercial banking experience in the Bangor-area market, where she served at Machias Savings Bank for three years and for the past eight-plus years at Camden National Bank, most recently as an assistant vice president of treasury management and government banking.
According to Brian Hamel, managing partner of Thompson-Hamel, “Natalie brings to us an in-depth knowledge of the Bangor community and will hit the ground running as we open our new Bangor office and expand our business to a new and promising market. Her work ethic, personality, commitment to excellence and professionalism will serve our clients and our firm well.
“Natalie will first be studying for her life and health license,” he said, “and then work on becoming securities licensed, thus allowing her to provide a full array of services to our clients.”
“I’m honored to be part of the Thompson-Hamel Team, and I’m looking forward to working with our current and future clients in the Bangor area to meet their needs,” said Nadeau.
“I am very fortunate to have been raised in The County, to have an opportunity to work and live in the Bangor area for the past 16 years, and to have secured my college degree at UMAINE, all of which have afforded me the opportunity to continue my financial services career with such a well-respected firm as Thompson-Hamel,” she said.
A graduate of the University of Maine-Orono, she lives in Bangor with her husband and their two sons.
