20 Wisdom seniors graduate

ST. AGATHA — Twenty students at Wisdom Middle/High School recently graduated during a ceremony which featured speeches from four students, Principal Cheryl Hallowell, School Counselor and Guidance Director Tammy Lothrop, St. John Valley Technology Center Director Kevin Lavoie and Superintendent Benjamin Siriois.

Former NASCAR driver Austin Theriault will race in the Oxford 250

RSU 39 residents pass $19.8 million school budget

RSU 39 (Caribou and Stockholm) residents passed a $19,814,324 school budget on May 26 at the Caribou Performing Arts Center. The budget saw a slight decrease of $378 over last year’s $19,814,702 budget.

City approves TIF agreement for dental expansion

Caribou City Council unanimously approved a TIF credit enhancement agreement with Gagnon’s Rental Properties, which would allow for the relocation and expansion of Northern Maine Dental, during a May 17 meeting.
