Quite a number — It is said that 175 lbs. of fish were caught at Square Lake, Sunday. Quite a record for one day.

Two new routes — Two new rural delivery routes started Oct. 1, making five routes now running out of Caribou.

Marathon a class act

     To the editor:

     I ran the Caribou Half Marathon on Sunday. Caribou can be proud of the tremendous effort, by a small army of volunteers, who hosted the Caribou Marathon and Half Marathon.

The Constitution Party

To the editor:

     I know that you have been told repeatedly, incessantly and continually that you can not vote for any but the two major party candidates because to do otherwise is “a wasted vote,” or that “it helps so-and-so get elected.” It is time for us all to reassess what those types of claims really do.
