School should involve more athleticism for us!

 Do you want your kids sitting around all day at school? Our school should involve more athleticism for us! It’s not healthy to sit at our desk all day at school. Exercise has been shown to increase our success in school and in life. Schools, family, and community should help kids stay active.

Aroostook Skies: The shadow of life

 Sure, 44 years is a long time — a lot of cake and candles. Astronomically, speaking, however, 44 years hardly winks an eye. Throughout the last 44 years, between the shadows,
