Houlton Town Councilors approved on Monday night a special amusement ordinance that controls music, dancing and entertainment in businesses licensed to sell liquor in Maine.
The 62 new lights include ribbons, candy canes, snowmen and snowflakes on street poles stretching from Bennett Drive to High Street and down Sweden Street.
