All genealogists want to share research with future descendants. Will your descendants celebrate you or will you be cursed as the genealogical equivalent of Cinderella’s stepmother?
Recently, I had quite the animated “discussion” on Facebook with respect to full moons and frost. It seems that some folks use the full moon as a frost “guide,” which is to say, some ascribe to the notion of not planting until after the first full moon in June.
Olof Nylander was self taught in many branches of science, including botany. For example, his knowledge of local wild orchids of Aroostook County is well documented.
This is a story of my mom and me during this COVID-19 pandemic.
