HOULTON — The Maine State Police Troop F barracks in Houlton responded to 245 calls for service during the weeks of Oct. 24-Nov. 7.
Monday, October 24
– Tr. Sylvia investigated a criminal mischief complaint in which rocks were thrown at a mobile home in Hodgdon. This is the second time this has happened, and there was damage done to the home. The investigation is ongoing.

HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Oct. 30 to Nov. 5.
Sunday, Oct. 30
1:25 a.m. — Officer Boutilier responded to Court Street where he arrested a 49-year-old Houlton man for aggravated assault.
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
SHERMAN, Maine — A third Massachusetts resident has been charged in connection with what state police described for the first time on Thursday as the drug-related death of an Oakfield man.
Tia Ludwick, 23, of Leominster was arrested in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, on Oct. 26 and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Ludwick will face felony murder and robbery charges when she is returned to Maine, state police said.
HOULTON, Maine — One of two men arrested in Ashland for allegedly stealing the car of a Georgia family fleeing Hurricane Matthew was again arrested for allegedly stealing the same kind of car from a Dunkin’ Donuts in Houlton.

Police are investigating what led to a dispute in downtown Presque Isle after a 17-year-old male with a gun was arrested on domestic violence charges Monday.
BANGOR, Maine — A Presque Isle man was sentenced last week for importing bath salts from China with plans of selling the drug in northern Maine.
