Houlton SUPERIOR Court

HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of April.

Jennifer Beaulieu, 32, Ellsworth: probation violation, 306 days in prison, probation revoked.

John T. Martin, 37, South Hampton, N.H.: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail.

Tyler E. McCluskey, 31, Bangor: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Teen pleads not guilty to murder

HOULTON, Maine — During a hearing that lasted less than three minutes on Friday, the 17-year old charged with murder in the death of a 61-year-old Houlton man last year pleaded not guilty.

Samuel Geary, who was 16 when he allegedly was involved in the killing of Keith Suitter, entered the plea in Aroostook County Superior Court in Houlton before Superior Court Justice Harold Stewart II.
