Caribou Superior Court

CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January. Leigh Albert, 41, Mapleton: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, nine months in jail, all suspended and one year probation. Lyle E. Bernier, 24, Eagle Lake: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
