HOULTON — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of October.

  BANGOR — A 55-year-old Windham man pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to a charge of failing to present himself at a border crossing point while entering the United States from Canada.

  HOULTON — A frantic 9-1-1 call to the Houlton Police Department from a subject saying he was being kidnapped Monday morning turned out to be bogus, according to police.
