HOULTON, Maine — A Houlton woman who was arrested in June for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine out of her apartment on Columbia Street was indicted by the Aroostook County grand jury on Friday, along with another man arrested in connection with the case.
Toni A. Bulley, 48, was indicted on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violation of conditions of release stemming from the June 17 incident at her residence at 13 Columbia St., Aroostook County District Attorney Todd Collins said in a written statement issued Monday.
