The Houlton/GHCA cross country team displayed an outstanding performance at the Presque Isle Invitational, securing a decisive win in the girls race and an impressive second-place finish in the boys race.
Senate President Troy Jackson, D-Allagash received the President’s Award for Legislative Service from the Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine at the organization’s annual banquet in Waterville on Sept. 9. Our cross country runners showcased their remarkable talent and determination at the Ellsworth Invitational Saturday, Sept. 2. Competing on a challenging two-lap course, which featured a substantial hill runners had to conquer twice each lap, Houlton/GHCA athletes demonstrated grit and determination in this highly competitive regular season opening meet.
