The University of Maine at Fort Kent Athletic Department will offer two action-packed Bengal co-ed soccer camps, first one held from Monday, June 24 through Thursday, June 27 and second one on Monday, July 22 through Thursday, July 25 at the UMFK Michael Simon soccer field.
Fourth-seeded Fort Kent girls hosted fifth seed Van Buren in a scorching hot Class C North quarterfinal on June 4. Fort Kent came out on top with a 5-0 win.
The Northern Maine Moose hosted the team’s debut playoff lacrosse game against the Waynflete School of Portland in Houlton on June 4, an unfortunate 15-8 loss for the Moose but a great game played by both teams. The back and forth scoring gave great entertainment for the large crowd.
