HARTIN — A son, Kirby Austin Hartin, was born at Houlton Regional Hospital on Sept. 11, 2007 to Chris and Stephanie Hartin of Island Falls.     The Houlton Pioneer Times regularly runs birth announcements in this space. Information is mostly provided by local hospitals, although we do accept birth announcements from private individuals.
