LEWISTON – Alicia A. Gilman, of Ashland, was named to the Dean’s List at Bates College for the second semester of the 2007-08 academic year. To qualify, a student must maintain a better than B+ average for the semester, for a minimum quality point ratio of 3.67. Gilman, a sophomore majoring in women and gender studies, is a 2006 graduate of Ashland Community High School. She is the daughter of Michael and Marjorie Gilman.
