Hogan Tire Company owners Bill Higgins and Jody Anderson realize its customer satisfaction above all else that will help them continue flourishing in the future.
“Anyone can sell you a product, but it goes back to service after the sale,” said Anderson. “We live in small towns and you need repeat business. We try to take care of our customers with fair pricing and good service and they will take care of us.”
The company has locations in Presque Isle and Lincoln, as well as Caribou and an additional store located in Houlton.
Hogan Tire, Inc. offers tire sales and service for all needs and manufactures and sells Bandag Retread tires. They have passenger, light truck, medium commercial, farm, over-the-road tires, as well as industrial passenger and light truck tires.
They have a complete equipment and welding product department featuring sales and authorized warranty service on products such as Makita, Ryobi, Black and Decker and Milwaukee tools, as well as complete fire extinguisher sales and service. They are an authorized dealer and repair center for Rotary lifts, Coats tire changers and balances and all power tools.
They also offer under-the-car service from lube, oil and filters, exhaust, brakes, shocks and struts, alignments to transmission service. They are a fully licensed state inspection center for passenger, light trucks, heavy trucks and school buses. Hogan Tire, Inc. also offers large truck maintenance from oil changes, brakes, alignments to other jobs.
Hogan Tire also offers delivery and pickup service to Aroostook, Penobscot, Piscataquis and Washington County.
Hogan Tire has 50 employees which is a definite plus to many local economies, with several with more than 20 years of experience. Mike Parks has been there 36 years; Danny Anderson and Dave Saunders, 29; Rod Wright, 23; Yvon Faucher, 20 and Johnny Anderson, six years.
Higgins and Anderson also want to thank their many loyal customers and dedicated employees.
